About whisper

We formed the band around 1978 in the western suburbs of Chicago under the name Whisper. We set a goal of one year to land a contract with a label. We wrote many songs, demoed the songs in a few Chicago studios and in Lake Geneva Wisconsin. Meantime, hired a manager and booked rehearsal halls. We performed in local clubs to work things out. Then Invitations were sent out to major labels, showcased the band and got signed that evening by Epic Records under the name, Trillion.
